How can I tell? I actually got 26 minutes into my aerobics tape without collapsing onto the carpet. Which is good because who needs rug burns on their face? According to my Half.com order history, I bought this tape over 3 years ago, but I've never watched the whole thing. There plump up could be a porno at the end and I'd be none the wiser. For all I know, it could end with everyone breaking into a routine from Cabaret. The first time I ever watched it, many, many, moons ago, I had to quit after the warm-up. Sad, eh? I tried doing it again sometime in the past year and managed to get about 7 minutes in. I distinctly remember quitting because I was unable to move as quickly as the professionals on screen.
