Again, my freaking period makes my weight loss seem plump asian bigger than it probably actually was. I've been recording my weight every week in a program called "Fit Day" which graphs the data for me and you can see plump asian the humps every month when I'm menstruating. It's so weird. I can't help but think back to that NBC show that was on a couple months ago, "The Biggest Loser" in which people competed to see who could lose the most weight. I can see now the women had a big disadvantage as well as advantage. The week they were on their period, they would appear to lose less weight than they had - disadvantage. However, if they were able to get through that week, the next week they'd appear to lose more than they had - definite advantage. |
