I've been feeling great about my diet over the past couple of days. I've been eating well and exercising. But I know what you mean about wanting it quicker. Since gaining those 2 extra pounds i'm down five pounds total. But I feel so much better and that totally effects how i see myself. I've felt fatter at a lighter weight than I feel now at a heavier wieght. my attitude is so much better. I didn't even cringe too much at the latest picture (i by no means think its a great picture though :-)) thanks for the encouragement, i'm excited to make a difference over the next week and a half (getting ready for my meeting next thursday).
