But like you said, plump and perky turkey CHECK YOU OUT! It doesn't matter if it's not perfect, I agree with you that every diet has plump and perky turkey it's good and plump and perky turkey bad points and it's up to the person how they go about it. Diets should be used as tools to form the healthy eating plans and habits...they're not the Be all and End all of health. Plus, I did check you out and like I've told you it's such an inspiration and I love that I know another blogger who's doing the same diet as me. We should totally start a club. And maybe have routine check out days ;D.
