My left foot has been hurting a bit when I bend it a certain way the past two days. (I know, I know, I just shouldn't bend it that way, right?) In the morning it even makes a little clicking sound, fat plump which would be great if I were a Flamenco dancer who'd lost a castanet. Alas, I only know a box step. As long as we're talking about strange noises my body makes, I've noticed in the last couple weeks that when I move my outstretched arm back to my body quickly, like after closing the refrigerator door, my upper arm fat makes a slapping sound as it hits my body.
