I had a conversation with my husband on Friday about how much higher my confidence level would go up if I lost weight (he told me if that were the case then he wants me to stay fat so I'm not totally out of control -- I'm pretty confident on the outside). He has no idea how much it pains me to be overweight. I hate fat ugly girls getting out of the shower if fat ugly girls he is there because fat ugly girls he sees me in my full-glory. It's not like he doesn't see me naked at other times...but when you bend over to dry your legs and he sees the lovely GUT fold over on itself----I want to cry! I'm starting a new work out and diet tomorrow. I've committed myself to loosing at least 40 pounds by my birthday in September. If the Biggest Loser calls again and wants me to be on the show then I can put the weight back on fast, right :) Good luck this week.
