| So I got my butt out of bed and started to get ready. I looked in the mirror and realized that I really, really do like myself - a lot. Sure, there are areas I like a little less but all in all I was pretty pleased! Isn’t it ridiculous how your self image can change so drastically from day to day. Just yesterday I was feeling absolutely awful - fat, ugly, all omega minus three fatty acids around absolutely disgusting. Today I omega minus three fatty acids think I look great. It’s amazing what a couple days at the gym can do omega minus three fatty acids for my attitude. Although there’s no physical change I just feel better. Please remind me of this next time I slack off at the gym.
