10 months. Thinking of it that way is depressing. I want results now! But I'm getting older anyway, right? Might as plump jack well lose the weight while my cells keep dying. Also, I think the South Beach Diet is making me plump jack feel kind of sick. I've felt a bit off the past couple days, but I think I just haven't been eating enough. I haven't had any cravings though, which is supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. (Try running that through the spell checker. MS Word actually has it in the dictionary!) By far the toughest part of plump jack this diet is the preparation. You have to predict that your blood sugar is going to drop after lunch tomorrow afternoon and pack some cheese sticks or cashews to fend off the cravings. If you don't, you're screwed. The vending machines sure don't serve almonds. I've also had to start cooking more, which is not my favorite past time.
