I must congradulate you, you have accomplished fatty streak an AMAZING feat. I am currently 372 lbs, and until recently believed that I was going to be this way forever, and could never change. I am working on changing my mindset. I have started the South Beach diet. I have done this in the past and lost close to 60 lbs. I gave up, close to Christmas 2004, and gained it alllllll back in 2005. DAMN ME! But I will get back on the horse, and work MY ass off, until I reach my goal of 200 lbs. I can live with that. I am 6'0. I was curious, how tall are you? Do you have any tips to help keep me from saying "Just give up, you'll never be healthy.
