| Hopped on the scale this morning just south beach for the hell of it, and saw a nice little loss which made south beach me happy. Made me more motivated to south beach workout and eat well too! Funny how sliding in the opposite way makes me want to eat everything in sight - why do we always have to do MORE damage to ourselves?? I was going to go to the gym this morning, but I really just didn’t feel like it. I’ll run when I get home from work. Will also go on a walk during lunch, even though that means I actually have to stay here 8 whole hours. I usually don’t take a lunch and leave an hour early - I love my job! Last night I went to Scott’s and made him tacos again. I’m glad he likes them, but they’re not my favorite meal so I don’t really want them twice in one week. But he really wanted them and they’re super easy to make so I did it. |
