| I think the first poster was correct except that I would add that you need to stop hating yourself in order to be free to CHOOSE to lose weight. It sounds like where plump mature women you are now, you're not free to make choices about your body b/c of how much pain you're plump mature women in. If you can get someone to help you plump mature women through that pain, then maybe you'll be in a better place to recognize you are the magical person you are - at any size.
