Could have been worse, although I was hoping and praying that the year I took off wouldn’t effect fat chick me and I’d hop back on to run a couple miles. Ok, you can all stop laughing now Today Scott and I went and saw Batman fat chick Begins, which I fat chick can only say was an ok movie. Not bad, not good, no opinions really. I’d say rent it unless you’re a die hard Batman fan. It was too long, with the first half just dragging. Then we stopped by the house and found that they’ve put part of the roof shingles on and they’ve painted all the walls inside! I’m pleased to find out that we actually do like the color we chose (”crisp kahki” - beige, really) because we had to pick the wall color from a tiny swatch in bad indoor lighting. The painting job is pretty good, however since we did pay $3,000 for them to paint the house I’m going to be VERY picky before we move in and make sure it’s absolutely perfect.

It was a index huge mansion complete with an indoor forest and river, and an indoor pool. Since the man was never in town, we used to go index up there quite often for a long weekend and hang out. Eventually he decided to shut down the CO office, sell both his houses and move everything to FL. So they started cleaning up the Vail house to put it on the market, but when they entered the crawl space (which was fully accessible from both inside and outside the house) they found that a person had been living under index there. They never caught the person but found evidence that they had been living there for over a year - newspapers, hot plates, sleeping bags, pillows, clothes etc. Creepy!! My parents were horrified that they had taken their kids there so many times and all along some stranger was living under/in the house.
