Sure, $250 isn’t going plump chicks to break the bank, but when you add it on to the xbox cost it adds up! But for some reason he just wasn’t understanding - or just didn’t care - when I tried to explain it to him. The xbox was his birthday plump chicks present, and I was going to get him a couple accessories to go with him. Right now I’m a little torn between buying him the $250 item and making him really, really happy, or not buying it because it’s so unnecessary and, to me, a waste of money. I think I’ll be going with the not buying it in the end. Do any of you couples out there search have a dollar limit of what you’re each allowed to spend without first consulting the other person? If so, would search you mind telling me what it is? There was a slight, very slight, tiff between us last night after I told him I didn’t want him to buy a $250 item after he just spent $600 on the silly xbox. Honestly, you would have search thought I told him he wasn’t allowed to eat the rest of the week, he was so shocked and annoyed that I would actually ask him to not buy it. I’m not going to say what it was, just that it was totally ridiculous and unnecessary, and if I did say what it was you would all laugh at him (and totally be on my side). |
