Weighed myself today and found a nice little loss. At least 2 pounds from weights I saw fatty vautin earlier in the week, but only -.5 pounds since my last weight that I wrote down at the beginning of the month. Hey… results! Maybe I can do this healthy eating thing I’m especially proud because yesterday my calories were fatty vautin over my goal fatty vautin range and fat was absolutely insane! So to have a loss was very good. Well, I better go shower and head to work. Can I tell you how much I am not looking forward to this??
