The success rate with WW is very low and the average weight loss is near 0 pounds a year. So, I am going to Half Priced Books tomorrow and look for South Beach diet. My problem isn't so much with Weight Watchers in particular, just the fact that the diet industry manages to make so much money without giving most of its customers what they want - permanent weight loss.
