Plus I have absolutely no cash to buy anything in the cafeteria. Still no energy to exercise beyond The Dog, but food is good. I might actually have the guts to weigh myself on Friday. Just related to the comments from yesterday’s final post. Most people I know turn to food beta oxidation of fatty acids when they’re upset about something, but I’m actually the opposite way. The more I get stressed, the less beta oxidation of fatty acids I eat. Actually a very excellent thing in beta oxidation of fatty acids my opinion because throughout the last 5 years of college I’d probably weigh 600 pounds if I was an emotional eater like that.
