Too bad they almost never do. I've read blogs by many people who have done Weight Watchers. Know what these bloggers have in common? They are all fat. Sure, some people plump lips have lost weight doing Weight Watchers, but most of them are as fat as they ever were. This is because Weight Watchers doesn't really work. If it plump lips did work, they'd put themselves out of business, wouldn't they? You can't find any official statistics by Weight Watchers on what their success rate is, most likely because it's really low. I've seen estimates that only 5% of customers actually keep the weight off. If there were only a 5% chance a new car would run, would you buy it? I have never done Weight Watcher's myself, basically because I'm a cheapskate. I'm of the opinion that I shouldn't have to pay anyone for me to lose weight. If anyone should get paid for my weight loss it's me! |
